Mosaic Project

This creative project involved HALE working with Artworks and four different groups of local people from around the Shipley area.

Ten young girls, six older Asian men, six mums with their children and an intergenerational group of eight people met to identify different health-related themes based on activities they all enjoyed. Then each group enjoyed working with artists to create an original mosaic.

The mosaic is now on permanent display in the area next to Asda’s car park in Shipley.
