Health Through the Backdoor
This is a programme that allows HALE to respond in creative ways to enhance and sustain people’s wellbeing. It might be a course that lasts up to 10 weeks which focuses on Salsa, stress and relaxation exercises, arts and crafts, singing or gentle seated exercise – these are just a few of the many activities that we have run in recent months.
