Our Exercise Classes
Exercise for Everyone!
At HALE we run a variety of exercise classes so there really is something for everyone. From Gentle Seated Exercise for those with limited mobilty who want to stay active to Zumba for a fun and energetic workout. We also disguise some of our exercise sessions as 'Health through the back door' - in the past these have included activities such as cycling, line dancing and cheerleading which not only get you active but also improve your overall sense of wellbeing.
