Teethtastic

Our Teethtastic courses introduce the importance of brushing and caring for teeth linking in with healthy eating and snacks.  Working with parents and under 5s we deliver four week courses at both toddler groups and primary schools.

This is a very interactive course, designed to engage children and parents alike and includes role play, advice as to how to contact a dentist, simple healthy snacks, brushing teeth advice, and fun!

Tasting sessions encourage the parents / carers to try new foods with their children.  At the end of the course parents receive a copy of the HALE Teethtastic Recipe Book, and a Toothfriendly snack planner.
